老闆娘非常親切，出門前還送了小金刀當紀念品，真心推薦這個地方，
但務必要先訂位，畢竟是到晚上十一點都還客滿的名店，沒訂位的話可能要等1-2小時。

Lovely lunch with the family at Flat Iron in London Bridge. Food was fantastic and service was amazing. A special thank you to our server Daniel who brought my dad a beautifully presented ice cream with a candle in for his birthday- didnt expect this at all so it was greatly appreciated! :)

The food was magnificent, however the service received was quite frankly abhorrent. From the overall attitude of the server to the sheer laziness and carelessness exhibited by her, this was overall an unpleasant dining experience. I was almost dismembered by a dropped cleaving knife that could've been easily avoided if the server had just walked around the table into the purposefully placed gap to collect the final tray after we had finished eating, instead of demanding it be passed over the whole table and collecting it above my person. The lack of apology just added insult to almost serious injury, this was followed up by a continued poor attitude and lack of helpfulness when serving our drinks and refusing to pass them further than 3 inches into the perimeter of our table or at the very least placing them on said table so we can take them ourselves. I would wholeheartedly recommend going to A flat iron restaurant, but would not recommend going to THIS flat iron restaurant.

Can't be better. Supersteak, a mash with a bone marrow is above any expectations, Old Fashioned cocktail is really good and creatively served. Really, really recommended for any decent meet eater.

Sitio recomendado por un español, el cual nos dijo que se comía bien y a un precio razonable.
Nos atendió un chico sevillano q se llama Dani que nos dio un trato muy bueno.
Menos mal que nos atendió el, porque sino si no hablas inglés es un poco complicado saber el funcionamiento a la hora de pedir para comer.
El único pero el tamaño de los platos que son pequeños si lo comparas con España, pero esto es Lobdres y es lo que toca.

Upon your arrival, they offer you complimentary popcorn, although it's not freshly made. Upon your departure, they offer you complimentary ice cream.
I enjoyed the wagyu steak with garlic mash, while the other three enjoyed the flat iron steak with chips and mac n cheese with truffle. The staff was exemplary and the ambiance was quite relaxed, a bit too noisy. The food was exceptional, came quick, exceptionally delicious and the steaks were of impeccable quality. I intend to return for a future visit.

Really friendly staff, the food is out of this world. Everything, the tiniest detail - potato chips fried in beef tallow, UK wagu rump steak, and the most delicious complimentary ice-cream. Everything was just perfect.

Had pre booked and came 30 minutes early and were sat down instantly. The service was good and the staff were very friendly and polite. The downsides: the food wasn’t warm, i had ordered medium rare and my friend ordered medium yet the steaks looked the same and tasted the same. We also only got one portion of popcorn when reviews had said “unlimited”. It took a while for our plates to be cleared and to receive the bill. the ice cream was a 10/10 and our bill for two of us including sides and a glass of wine came to £52. However, i feel like things could have been better considering the reviews.

Really enjoyed my visit here, this was my first time in any of the Flat Iron locations. Alessandro, who was serving us was a really nice guy, he brought a positive and non-judgemental atmosphere to the proceedings. The food came out in a timely manner and was to everyone specifications.
Would I recommend Flat Iron, yes I would based on my first time visiting them

Amazing place, fabulous food, service and atmosphere. The steak was cooked perfectly, sides delicious, especially the mac and cheese. Great cocktails. Friendly, informative staff. Ice creams as you leave was a great touch. Can’t wait to return.

Locale molto vicino al Tower Bridge, fa parte di una catena molto famosa a Londra che propone carne di qualità a prezzi onesti per Londra.
